§1375. Mail-order bride company

(a) Findings

The Congress finds the following:

(1) there was a significant “mail-order bride” company in america. An estimated 2,000 to 3,500 men in the United States find wives through mail-order bride catalogs mail order wife each year with approximately 200 companies in the United States.
